Is this the real SKYLRK site?

Yes. SKYLRK.com is the only official site for the SKYLRK brand. All other sites are not affiliated and therefore cannot be authenticated as authentic SKYLRK products.

Can I trust SKYLRK products from other websites?

The best way to ensure you have authentic SKYLRK products is to order from SKYLRK.com. We are not currently affiliated with any other websites.

Will there be a restock of sold out pieces?

We do not disclose product release information. It may be possible that products may return at some point in the future.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock products ship within 48 hours of confirmation. All orders for pre-ordered product will be shipped on the provided timeline at purchase. We will communicate any delays in pre-order timing as soon as we have them.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Shipped orders can only be exchanged in the case of a defective or incorrect item being received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we currently ship to most countries. If your country is not available at check out, we are not currently able to ship there.

Do international customers have to pay duties?

All customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any taxes and duties levied by your shipping country. Our technology partner will make these duties known to you and bill them to you at the time of checkout. You will not have to pay any additional fees after your order has been placed. Please note that we are unable to change the amount of duties or taxes applied to your order, and cannot edit price information to do so.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless in the case of damaged or incorrect product being received. In that case, we will do our best to replace the incorrect item with a correct, non-defective item.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Can I exchange products for a different size?

Items may only be exchanged in the case of being defective or different from what you ordered. Please review the sizing information on each product before placing your order.

PRE-ORDERS

When will I get my pre-order?

Pre-order products are expected to ship within the provided time window at checkout. We do our best to meet these delivery timelines, but forces out of our control may delay the shipment of your order. We will communicate all delays as we receive them. A delay is not an eligible reason for order cancellation.

How will I know if a product is pre-order?

All pre-order products will have a stated shipment window that discloses they are a pre-order. In stock product will say as such in the description and at checkout.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have placed. Please note that we will not accommodate order cancellations due to extended shipping windows or any unseen delays in the production process. By placing an order for a pre-order item, you agree to wait the duration of the ship window to receive your item.

ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment Installments are available through Afterpay. International customers may have additional local payment methods available to them.

When will you charge me?

Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Why was my order cancelled?

Order may be cancelled due to various reasons including an item no longer being available or your order being flagged as fraud by our detection technology. You will receive an order cancellation email with a stated reason at the time the order is cancelled.

Where is my refund?

In the case that your order was cancelled or a refund was approved by our customer service team, we will process the refund immediately. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days to see the refund posted to your account. We are unable to control how long this takes.
